Blue Bell She could feel the rays of the sun was beating down on her ocean-hued wrapping. The femora's thick, quarter-horse frame made it's way trough the forest of the Towering Trees. She had always heard stories about this place, about the trees that grew for feet and feet above a horse's head. Too bad she couldn't see them... She didn't really care about being here, wonderful sights were never something that she could really enjoy. Blue Bell walked ploddingly over the geography, daggers thudding. She could feel the cold wetness of snow seeping through the hair around her placers, flicking her audits she wondered when the snow would melt. It was gone in other places that she had been on her journey. She lifted her mug to the sky, as if she could see it, and perked her ears forward, wondering if the sun shone through the pine needles.
She had stopped walking to perform that action, not really wanting to bash into trees. It wasn't hard for her to figure out where she was going, but her going was normally slow, since she had to feel her way through her surroundings. She usually walked with her arch extended a little bit so that if she ran into anything, it would only be her muzzle, not her whole self.
She wondered if there were any others around. She smelled nothing except the scents of fading winter, and heard nothing except the twittering of the first birds that have returned from their flight southward. 'Hmm,' she thought, swishing her flyer, 'Why am I always alone?'

Bluemoon The hefty stud trampled snow and branches with crunching noises. As he stepped on top, the snow turned to slush, and the slush slowly disappeared as it soaked into the thick and soft brown earth. He flicked his ears at the mixed sounds of small animals and naked tree branches rubbing together. He lowered his head, huffing gentle, hot breaths throught his nostrils. He looked around with large, black pools, wondering if any other equine would be traveling through a thick, overgrown, winter-dead forest like this.
He lifted his head quickly as he felt something hot land on his back. He looked up, but could see nothing and shook his head as he lowered it again. He then shot his head back up, now concentrating on all the faint details in the canopies of the trees. As he focused he could see the hole in the folige where the large sun shone through the re-growing branches of the conifers and oaks. He looked back ahead of him, jumping with ease over a tipped log.
He landed with a slight groan and shook his massive dial before stopping. He heard fantisising, careful movements. Slowly he approached the distant overgrown, green leaved bushes. He peeked his head through the folige, and focused hos eyes on a mare. Get blue coat was lighter than his, but she also had a snow-white star and sock on her, while all his bodice had was a dark blue and black coloring, nothing more, not even a white dot. He was flawless, one color, all glossy and gorgeous, if he was ruled by humans he would win prizes in competitions with a snap.
He shook his head free of the captive thoughts, he didn't like humans and he especially didn't like to think about them. With a soft nicker, he stepped out of the bushes. "Hello, ma'dam" as if reading her mind, he added, "I see we aren't alone anymore." he shook his dial and flicked his whipcord ad he made his way infront of her. Can she see me...

Blue Bell A stud's voice behind Blue Bell startled her. With her finely tuned senses of hearing and scent, she was usually able to detect others before they did her. She froze in her spot, harks swiveling around to catch the location of the brute, she had no idea what he was here for, and in her blind state, she was in no fit form to fight. Or even run away, especially in a wood with so many obstacles that it would be damn near impossible for her to avoid.
He was stepping in front of her, she snorted and pinned her harks against her plate, taking slow steps backward. She didn't like to be confonted so blatently, she had no inkling of what this stag's intentions were, no clue what he was capable of. Clacking her ivories together in warning, she said hoarsly, "What do you want with me, stallion?"
She had to be extra defensive, since she was missing probably the most important scent that a horse could have, she needed to always be alert, always ready. Though, she was never sure what she would do when a threat was posed, since its not like she could see where she was going if she ran, or she could see where to hit if she had to fight a fellow horse, or wolves, or anything else. She was almost helpless, but she doesn't want to admit that. She never will.
[ ooc. she never said that about being alone outloud haha xD ]

Ooc://haha I knows. That's why I said "as if reading her mind..." xD --------- Bluemoon I stepped back, cracking twigs and leaves at my quick movement. I steadied my body and flattened my ears at the mare. She was feisty, but I understood why. She had to defend herself because she had no sight. Even though her other senses were much stronger than mine, she could still not see...and sight was almost a total requirement out in the rough and tough of the wild. I hadn't realized I was so stealthy, so I dared not snap back at her. It was my fault for being sneaky.
"I had no means to startle you ma'am."I cleared my throat, looking down at the clear slush and scattered piles of white snow on the forest floor. "Forgive me for being so ignorant of my stealth skills, I have no intentions on doing anything evil to you. I am not that kind of stallion."
Even though I knew she could not see me, I bowed my head in respect. Did she seriously think I was one of those stallions?the ones who take mares against their will onto their land and breed them even if they are not in season? I shook my head and looked at her eyes, they were quite beautiful for having no sight. It was times like this I wish she could be wished with sight, then she could see what I was doing, and what I looked like with my rough blue pelt but soft and sweet eyes.

Blue Bell The stag's words cause her to make a scoffing noise and perk her harks toward him, wondering if he was being sarcastic, because a brute would do that. She had no idea who this stag was, or what his intentions might be. Especially since she couldn't see him, it was so much harder to judge character. Being blind was a real pain in the flank. But, she had grown up blind, the ocean-wrapped vixen had never known anything else, this was to be her life, so she had to learn to love it. Though, it was extremely hard sometimes to love a life where your always bumping into trees and plodding slowly along because it takes you awhile to figure out your location, even only after a few steps had been taken.
She rolled her cloudy, sightless optics and said, "And how might I know that, bronc?" She wouldn't, thats for sure. She had never been a part of a forcer's herd, she had been told stories of the forcer's land and had made sure that in her slow but steady travels that she did not stray near them, for she would be very easy pickings for a Forcer Stallion.
She tossed her thick tiara and took a few more steps back, clacking her pearls together threateningly, as if she could really do anything to hurt the baron that stood before her...

Bluemoon Bluemoon she his dial bakc and forth, splaying his mane out in the wind. This was difficult talking to a blind fea. He hated first, stuck up impressions mares always made in their heads every time they meet a stallion. He only wished she could see him, that's all. He looked into the canopy of the trees, the sunwas slowly fading, turning to late afternoon. He sighed and likens at the slushy ground.
He looked at the mare again. He would never hurt or take charge of a mare, never, even if he had the chance to do so. He flicked his black ebony banner. "Mistress, I swear. I only ask for your trust. I understand that you have no sight, but your first impression on me is most probably wrong. I would never do anything cruel or abusive to anything, except for another stallion. My acquitance; I am wrapped in dark blues like you, with an ebony black mane and tail. have eyes that could light up anyones day, chocolate brown with a lucky twinkle in them. I am not harmful, nor do I look harmful. What do you want me to do, mistress?" He was hopeless, he got carried away all to fast. It was akward.
He stared into her cloudy sightless eyes and whispered his "magic" words to her that often charmed the mares he talked to. He liked this mare, she would be good in his band. He flicked his whipcord around, looking up and down, squishing the snow gently beneath his hooves.

Blue Bell She stood stock-still while the stag was speaking, her harks perked in his direction. She wondered why this was such a big deal to the stag, but she knew that when it came to fae's stallions were extremely persistant. But it was another time to wonder when she asked herself why a bronc wanted a blind mare in the first place. What good would a femora that could not see be to a herd? Its not like she would watch for predators, could she have foals? She hoped she could, since she has always wanted to.
Blue Bell listened to him, and when he was through speaking, she opened her mouth to reply, and then shut it again. She realized that she didn't know what to say, which was an occurance that often happened to her. She had never been around very many others, so she was kind of un-socialized. She simply asked him, "What is your calling, stallion?"
[ sorry this is so short! i know it took forever! ]

OOC::Its alright, take your time Bluemoon Bluemoon flicked his ears at her, the nostrils planted on his dark muzzle flaring with his breaths. His eyes twinkled and he flicked his whipcord naturally with every miniscule bite he felt to his hocks from small black flies that were flying around. He played around with his mouth until she finished her question. He tucked his head and smelly moved his lips.
He smiled, his eyes twinkling as he smoothly spoke soft lyrics in his low but harmonic voice. "I am called some many tags, but my main calling is Bluemoon, you may call me as you wish. And what is your tag, m'dear?" He cocked his head in a friendly way, tail and ears twitching as the wind softly tugged at his long, slightly dredded mane. His forelock whipped across his eye, the trees ruffled and whistled as bushes crackled in the wind, sweet scents lifted off of the melting snow, sweet scents of coming spring. [/blockquote]
